Knotweed Workshop

Japanese Knotweed is a highly invasive plant and its aggressive spread harms local native plant life. However, it is edible! Knotweed has nutritional qualities and can even be quite delicious when prepared correctly. This workshop will teach you alternative methods of knotweed disposal: cooking and making art with it! No prior experience or knowledge necessary, and all materials provided. For more information please contact Charlotte Spence at charlotte.spence@audubon.org
