Film Screening: The Big Year

Join Audubon Mid-Atlantic as we screen the Comedy "The Big Year."

Immersing oneself in nature has been shown to improve well-being and general levels of happiness by fostering a connection to the larger world.

The comedy, The Big Year, follows two men at different stages in life, competing to defeat the bird-spotting world record holder. The Big Year explores how this immersion in nature through birding encourages growth, self-discovery, and friendship.
MPAA Rating: PG - This movie has some strong language and sensuality that might not be appropriate for those below the pre-teen years. For this movie, it might be better to leave the smallest members of the family with a sitter. Your preteens and early teens will be likely to enjoy this film.
