Spend this fall with Mothers that are supportive, insightful, and working to improve themselves.

This group is facilitated by Saleemah McNeil MS, MFT. She is passionate about birth work and creating spaces for families of color to process major life transitions such as bring their little human earthside. In collaboration with the Discovery Center, Mommy & Me for women of color will provide and interactive oppurtunity for learning, growing, uplifting and healing.

The benefit of building community and out of isolation can improve several areas of your life such as mental health, parenting skills, physical health and self care. As mothers we tend to focus soley on the care of our little ones and forget about our needs. By joining this group, we will combine the two!
