It's time to start preparing for spring migration! Please come join us to discover how to make your home and neighborhood bird safe. Upwards of one billion birds die from window collisions each migration season, and there are easy ways to reduce these numbers -- come find out at this public event co-hosted by The Philadelphia School and Audubon Mid-Atlantic. The day will include a tour of The Discovery Center's bird-safe buildings and demo (12:00pm, 1:00pm), observation tower tours (12:30pm, 1:30pm), and a meet-n-greet with JJ, the Center's resident dove (2:00pm). Binoculars and field guides are available for loan, and you are encouraged to bring your own.
